Such a beautiful place to be. I had so much fun, very helpful staff too. I arrived early but was asked to wait in the waiting room where there is a water dispenser if you are thirsty. First time doing VR and I was made very comfortable. Easy UI and UX to navigate through. I loved this experience , will definitely be back. 😍😍😍 …

Really cool experience! I had lots of fun and the VR Master was incredibly patient and helpful with us. They made us feel comfortable and made sure we had fun and enjoyed the experience fully. Definitely recommend!!!! And I will definitely be back.

The game itself was great. One staff member was really off Standish the whole time and quite rude. Considering how expensive the place is I'd expect them to pretend to be enthusiastic at least. I still had a really good time in the Alice in wonderland room and would go again. (As long as I wasn't landed with the same staff member)

Absolutely awful customer experience caused by rude games master, which is a shame as the venue itself is modern and exciting. Recommend you stay away from this place. The games master essentially wants you to fail. Incredibly condescending. Vote with your wallet and find somewhere that actually values their customers having fun.

Ok so I booked this for an evening for a date night. We waited some time in the waiting area for the group before us to finish. Everyone who came out was raving about how good it was so we were already hyped. The guy came to collect us and said he was taking us through. He said we could put our stuff in lockers but unfortunately there were no locker keys so that’s just something I would add. The guy seemed tired as it was the end of the day but he was still very kind and went through everything with us. The actual gaming experience is next level I can’t even explain it. It feels like you’re in another world. We did arcade mode I would high recommend that for two people. I would love to try the escape room next time.

Such a beautiful experience! I had so much fun and customer service was amazing. There was one member of staff named Emilio who was helping us and he has been lovely and very patience with showing us how everything works. Definetly recommend this place :)

Great session, when on for date night would highly recommend. Fortunate enough to have Con as our VR master. We were a headache screaming, but Con was very engaging and talked us through every game.
